Why the Sales Chiefs? Why not pursue a career yourselves?

We all did have careers. After 25 years of doing the same (for the youngest one of our experts!) we all sought more variety.

Where are you based and what languages can you support?

We are based in England & Germany. We work in English first but can also work in German.

Is this all remote?

No. A hybrid engagement is beneficial for all parties.

Do you provide Sales as a service?

No.

Our experience with sales as service companies and freelancers has generally not been positive.

We rather prefer to see our clients -especially during the early stages, to be prepared to invest significan time and nerves in sales.

This first-hand is too critical to be outsourced. But we'll guide you and support you so you can turn all the learnings in long-term assets and capabilities.

Will you negotiate our first deals?

YES - We can absolutely do that within parameters that'll discuss and agree first. You remain in control.

Will you setup our CRM?

YES we can do that. We can supply, configure and train you on Salesforce and Hubspot.

Will you setup up our marketing systems?

YES we can do that. We can supply, configure and train you on Hubspot.

Will you actually create our first advertising campaigns?

Yes we can do that too. Budget depending we can work with all major platforms from Linkedin to review websites.

Will you create all our marketing assets?

No. This requires a special focus but we can recommend, commission, coordinate and manage the right resources to deliver that for you.

How much do you charge?

We work as consultants on the basis of a quarterly retainer for defined actions with supplemental value-added missions after agreement (e.g. trade shows).

Do you also work with larger companies?

YES we do that. The inefficiencies and gaps in large companies are however better observed from (more) operation roles, not leadership ones. Thus, a balance in-between "access" to knowledge, execution power and cross-functional activities must be carefuly considered to find the most successful placement opportunity.

Do you provide board advisory services?

Yes indeed. In particular in collaboration with VC-funded companies
